Top Hat had its customers in mind when they designed the lay out of the cigar store. Inexperienced
smokers and customers buying gifts for others do not feel intimidated by the store. Unlike most
other cigar shops, Top Hat tobacco has its lounge areas at the end of the store, with the humidor
located at the front. This serves three purposes:

1. Newbie smokers (and gift buyers) do not have to do the "walk of shame" going to the cigar
humidor. No need to walk through a crowd of smokers that gawk at everyone passing; no more
feeling like you are interrupting some deep conversation just to buy some cigars.

2. Talking to an employee at a cigar store should not be a hassle. Having open and friendly folks
working is the best way to ensure a good cigar buying experience, and having them at the front of
the cigar store makes it easier for the customer to ask questions.

3. For those business folks (or people that do not want to smell like a premium cigar), the smoke at
the front of the cigar store is at a minimum. No more wading through a cloud just to get to the
humidor.

The Lounge

Top Hat's cigar store has 4 separate and distinct areas for its customers to enjoy. The largest and
most popular area of the cigar store is main lounge. In the corner sits an 80 inch High Definition
projection TV surrounded by 6 modern (and comfortable) tan chairs. Ash trays are plentiful in this
part of the store, so spending hours enjoying your cigar, pipe or hookah seems like only minutes.

Move to the next corner of the cigar store and you and your friends can enjoy a game of poker.
Here you will find an 8 foot felt table with padded rails and cup holders. The table seats 10 (but it
looks like only 8 comfortably). The cigar store provides everything for a good poker game: fun,
cards, and all the clay chips needed. Most places charge for the use of this service. Not Top Hat
Tobacco. This cigar store lets its patrons use it for free!

The third section provides a chance to show off your throwing skills. That's right, 2 regulation,
horse hair dart boards are installed at this cigar shop. Play a game of Cricket or 501 with a pal.
House darts are provided. If you feel the need to upgrade, Top Hat Tobacco is a licensed dealer of
the Black Widow Dart line. Prices range from $50 to $85 for a set.

The last section is a scaled down version of the first. Here, the cigar store provides a matching,
plush sofa and love seat so you may sit and relax. In its corner is a 32 inch TV for your enjoyment.
This smaller section is perfect for intimate conversation or an informal meeting.
